Clean accommodation, consistently courteous and exceptionally pleasant staff on reception lovely manner and very polite. Pretty building, marvellous location just off windy rainy windy plymouth, the main attractions, and the middle-double decker buses. Again, not far from a war memorial.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory with yoghurt and homemade porridge, for example, couldn't have asked for more. This was a lovely old and extremely convenient hotel with a central location far away from main attraction. Really great service was provided. The staff was amazingly attentive, helpful.

The attached restaurant offered delicious dishes, and the breakfast was super and very good. Very good service, although a few employees were unresponsive. The location was perfect, on the busiest crossroad of the city, convenient to go everywhere. Also, the place was within a close distance from The Barbican.
As for me, the area was really noisy.

Its location was indeed perfect and magnificent and only 5 minutes walk from The Hoe. The staff were very efficient, and the room was very good sized with the fan, a full bathroom plus a dressing area and air con.
